1) Free Local Standard Courier:
Dear Lyla provides free standard courier shipping for all Singapore orders via J&T Express.
You will receive the parcel tracking number from us via email once your order has been shipped out.
Local standard delivery takes 2 - 4 working days (working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore) after placing of order.
2) Express Delivery:
Dear Lyla provides express delivery via Grab Express at a flat rate of $15.
You will receive the delivery tracking link from us via email once your order has been dispatched.
Express delivery will be delivered by the next day after placing of order.
3) Self-collection/Returns & Exchanges via Appointment:
An email notification will be sent to you when your items are ready for self-collection.
Please book your appointment via the link: LYLAS Showroom Booking.
Our preferred location (trying of clothing is allowed at this location) is:
- LTC Building C, 14 Arumugam Road, #08-06, Singapore 409959 (2 mins. walk from MacPherson MRT Exit B)
- Office hours: Weekdays 10.30am to 6.30pm (excluding PH)
4) Delivery of Backorder/Preorder Items (BO/PO):
If other instock item(s) are placed together in the same order as Backorder (BO)/Preorder (PO) items, all items will only be dispatched when the BO/PO item(s) arrives. If you would like your instock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for split shipping for instock item(s) at checkout.
Please note that Backorder/Preorder items are not instock. Please make a purchase only if you are alright with the waiting time and any unforeseen delays.
