Looking for Creative Assistant (Full-Time) to assist us in content creation, livestreams, photoshoots for our new launches.

Jobscopes:

• Ideate and execute engaging marketing contents (photos, reels, videos, flat-lays etc) for social media platforms
• Plan and execute catalog and campaign photoshoots for new launches
• Filming of videos during photoshoot / in the office for social media content
• Photo editing and video editing for website images and social media contents 
• Designing EDMs, graphics for new launches and other marketing campaign
• Assist in the preparation of livestreams and during livestreams (plus point if you are comfortable hosting in front of the camera
• Provide support for ad-hoc duties as assigned (such as assisting customers at our showroom, packing of orders during peak period)

Requirements:

• Familiar with social media content creation and keeps up with the trends
• Familiar with using Photoshop / Video editing apps
• Great passion for the brand and for fashion, willing to learn
• Independent, driven and sociable
• Keen on working in a quick pace / start-up environment

Full-Time Commitment Period:

• Immediate
• 5 days a week (Plus point if you are able to work on weekends - during peak period only)
• Only Singaporeans/PRs are allowed

Main Jobscopes:

• Monitor the live comments throughout each stream (Shopee Live / TikTok Live / Instagram Live) and answer questions on air — sizing, stock availability, pricing, shipping, promo codes
• Relay those questions to the host verbally and in real time, so the host can respond naturally on camera without breaking the flow of the stream
• Plan the livestream rundown/script ahead of livestream
• Control the flow of livestream and hand the host each item in the right sequence based on requests — correct product, correct colourway, correct size — at the right cue
• Coordinate with the ops team ahead of time to make sure the product lineups are pulled and ready before the stream starts
• Familiarise with the full product catalogue, sizing chart and fabric details before each stream
• Note down recurring questions, requests or feedback from viewers to inform future product picks and livestream planning
• Support basic post-live reporting and internal notes for improvement
• Provide support for ad-hoc duties as assigned (such as assisting customers at our showroom, packing of orders during peak period)

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (spoken). Clear, quick, confident verbal communication; needs to relay information accurately and fast
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage for engaging a wider live audience
• Comfortable multitasking under time pressure — replying comments, tracking try-on requests and talking to the host all at once
• Some experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or live selling is a strong plus
• Good sense of style, aware of fashion trends and product features
• Familiar with, or quick to pick up, social commerce platforms popular in Singapore — Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, Instagram Live
• Keen on working in a quick pace / start-up environment

Full-Time Commitment Period:

• Immediate
• Vary depending on livestream schedules, and will fall outside the standard 10am–7pm
• Plus point if you are able to work on weekends - during peak period only
• Only Singaporeans/PRs are allowed
