Rewards Points Terms & Conditions
- Each point earned can only be redeemed once.
- Upon usage, each point is considered spent and will be deducted from your point balance.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash, and can only be earned through direct purchases from our official online store & physical stores.
- Points expire 12 months from date of issue. Expired points will not be reinstated regardless of reason.
- Points are not awarded for postage costs. Accounts will be frozen or locked upon multiple fraudulent transactions.
General Rules for Discount Codes / Membership Rewards / Refer a Friend:
- Store credits is stackable with other discount codes.
- Membership program (LYLAS) discount is stackable with other discount codes.
- Membership points voucher is stackable with other discount codes.
- Subscriber discount code (one-time but not limited to first order) is stackable with other discount codes.
- First order 10% voucher by referral is not stackable.
- $10OFF code for $10 off $80 discount is not stackable with all other discounts
