If you are in between size for waist, you can choose to size down if you would like to wear it higher-waist, otherwise you can size up to wear it lower-waist. If you are in between size for Hips, you can choose to size down if you would like to wear it tighter fit, otherwise you can size up to wear it with more comfortable allowance.
Do note that the waist sizing of Keira Floral Skorts (Black Floral) runs 0.25" bigger than Ivory Floral.
