Dear Lyla Return & Exchange Policy

Dear Lyla offers fuss-free return/exchange for any reasons. You may make a return/exchange request for your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of your items. 

Dear Lyla reserves the right to reject the return/exchange request if the items do not meet all of the following conditions:

1) Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its tags intact.

2) Items are in their original packaging.


- For regular priced items purchased without discount codes OR items purchased with subscriber discount code (mailing list) or store credits, you may choose to return or exchange for any item in our store.

- For items purchased with any discount codes other than subscriber discount code (items must not be in "Sale" category), you may choose to exchange for a different design or different size of the same item (subject to item's availability).

- For items in "Sale" category, you can only exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to item's availability).

How do I make a Return / Exchange request?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start".

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

- We will process your request and get back to you via email with further instructions. 

 *Note: If your item is incorrect or defective, please email us with pictures of the issue at instead of submitting this form and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. 

Are there Return and Exchange Charges?

- Shipping cost of return and exchanges items are to be covered by the customer (excluding for defective items). We recommend sending the items by a delivery method that allows tracking as Dear Lyla will not be liable for items lost during shipment.

- To save on shipping charges, you may also opt for return/ exchange via appointment (subjected to time availability of Dear Lyla).


- Additional shipping charges which you had paid for (e.g. for express shipment or international shipments) are non-refundable. The shipping charges would not be deducted from your returned store credit.

- For order which enjoyed free shipping on us, if you return all items of your order, SGD 3.50 will be deducted from your returned store credit so as to cover the initial free shipping which we had provided you. 


What happens after I submit my request?

- We seek your understanding to grant us 1-3 working days for us to get back to you via email on your return/exchange status. Please feel free to contact us via IG DM/FB Messenger if you have not received any instructions regarding your return/exchange request.

- Further instructions will be provided in our email if your request has been approved.
